Welcome to Klein Branch Wagyu

The Klein Branch Wagyu operates two ranches.  One ranch is located in Harper, Texas which is in the Texas Hill Country between Fredericksburg and Kerrville.  You also have San Antonio and Austin that are about a 1-hour drive.  The second ranch is just 35 miles South of Midland, Texas.

The Midkiff Ranch has been in the family since the late 1800’s.  The Klein Branch Wagyu is in the process of certifying the ranch as organic, while the Harper Texas Ranch will be classified as an all-natural.

The finisher that is used for the Klein Branch Wagyu is an all-natural feed lot that specializes in Wagyu feed to optimize marbling and proper weight gain.
